HOW TO ORDER
Order from any section of the website.
Orders will be be dispatched in 1-4 working days.
- All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or DPD once the order is ready to leave - small parcels come with a tracking number which shows us when they have been delivered.
- We cannot take responsibility for parcels damaged in the heat of the summer months - orders placed during this time are placed entirely at the buyers risk.
- Once an order has been placed, it is the customers responsibility to be home to take delivery or collect from the sorting office. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that aren't collected before the best before date passes.
- In the event of a missing parcel, Royal Mail can provide us with the GPS location of where the parcel was scanned.
- Lost parcel claims cannot be filed for 10 working days after posting.
- We cannot be held responsible for the wrong address input at the time of ordering.
All orders must be done through the website or app, I cannot accept orders via private message or email.
