Postage

The postage option selected is the method we ship your order once it is ready. The current turn around time is displayed at the top of each collection page on the website or the homepage on the app.

Prices are calculated at checkout depending on weight and location.

As a rough guide prices are as follows:

Up to 2kg - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (delivery aim 2-3 days) - £3.99
Up to 2kg - Royal Mail Tracked 24 (delivery aim 1-2 days) - £5.49

Up to 1kg - Royal Mail 48 (delivery aim 2-3 days) - £3.49
Up to 1kg - Royal Mail 24 (delivery aim 1-2 days) - £ 4.49

DPD Next Day (fully tracked, 1hour delivery time slot) - £6.99
Over 2kg - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (delivery aim 2-3 days) - £5.99

1 Slice - Royal Mail 48 Large Letter (delivery aim 2-3 days) - £2.25
1 Slice - Royal Mail 24 Large Letter (delivery aim 1-2 days) - £2.60
2 Slice - Royal Mail 48 Large Letter (delivery aim 2-3 days) - £2.75

Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and some other postcode areas will not be sent with DPD. If under 2kg will be sent with Royal Mail and the difference refunded. Over 2kg will be sent in 2x Royal Mail parcels.

We cannot refund postage costs for any delays for any of our postage options. None of the services offered are a guaranteed service and are all delivery aims.

EUROPE

Shipping rates for Royal Mail EU International Standard range from £6.25 - £11.99 depending on the weight of the products ordered. Orders are currently capped at 2kg. All Duties are now paid at the time of ordering. Parcels will get straight through customs with no extra charges.
